- Goods booked in the company will be according to declaration made by the customers. Incase of wrong declaration then all responsibilities will be customers.
- In case of booking of bane or dangerous items (flammable) will be customer’s responsibility and in case of police case all expenses what so ever are there will be born by the customers also.
- Customers or his representative compnied with goods will responsible for its safe and custody tell its booking is made.
- In case of any losses occurred due to fire, heavily rain , flirt criminal dishonesty, earth quick ,theft dikatee high jacking , storm police raid because of discovery of ban items from the vehicle emergency and war in such a condition company will not responsible for any loss and damages its therefore, customers are requested that they get insurance for their items before booking and to avoid to get booking for ban items
- Customers are responsible to get standard packing for their items in case of un-standard packing if any losses or damages are accorded than company is not responsible , moreover in case of booking of liquid items like oil , ghee , chemicals etc, or any re action is appeared due to climate or aml_e_tabkheer, and booking of such goods always at the entire responsibility and risk of valued clients for such losses transport company is not responsible.
- Incase item are not received at the specified destination of the clients than its clients duty to report with in fifteen days from the date of issue of the bility in question other wise transport company will not be responsible of any looses or damages.
- Those bilities on which bank instructions are made specially in that case we instruct our appointed delivery agent that they should not made and delivery until and unless or original bilty is received by if due to business point of goods delivered to the clients and if that dealer could not get the bility cleared by the bank than we instruction specially to the sender party of goods that they should intimate in writing within sixty (60) days other wise transport company will not be responsible for any legal and illegal disputes arises between sender and recipient parties.
- In case of the bility is issued in the name of clients or self than the goods of such bilites will be delivered after getting receipt otherwise for any transaction between senders and recipient of goods for which Transport Company will not be responsible.
- In case truck driver not delivers the goods according to bility than its very essential for the party of destination that should capered the truck and make in writing report of losses and he should inform the transport company immediately if he fails to do so than there after this will be not responsibility of transporters.
- Storage of goods is not responsibility of agents, recipient, party is instructed that they should and received and checks the goods with in ten (10) days according to bility.
- Other wise Rs. 1.00 shall be charged per days as godown charges , its very essential for recipient party to check the goods carefully there after no any complaints or losses will be accepted in case origilnal packing of items transport company will not be responsible .
- Expenses of octri, district tax and later government taxes will be received according to receipts complaints of increase and decreases clients themselves should make to the relevant department transporters and drivers are not responsible.
- All disputes pertaining to booking complaints, shall be reported for decisions in the honorable courts and disputes pertaining to delivery agent, shall reported into their areas honorable courts for decisions.
